As they call it, "That crazy wrap thing," is just that, a crazy and silly thing to do; wrap your body in some sort of Saran wrap and expect to lose inches and "tone" the body. The fat will not just disappear into thin air, it will be pressed deeper into the tissues. Any time fat is pressed the adipose tissue moves around,i.e. just moves elsewhere in your body. What does work; exercise and at the very least eating healthier. Nothing can replace a bad diet, you can't even out-exercise it. Abs are not trained or built by being wrapped and pressed down. Cellulite is adipose tissue(fat), and the cells have to be reduced in size. Remember "toned" is fat loss and muscle gain. No, because you give them your money voluntarily. Just like every get-skinny-quick supplement, it's not strictly regulated. What they are right in, just about the only thing, is that they recommend drinking lots of water. Go figure, drink water and lose weight! You can literally do no exercise and change your dietary intake and see changes, without any sweat or uncomfortable body patches/Saran wrap. Couple that with exercise and you're on to something! Basically, save your money and invest it into yourself. Buy better quality foods, pay for a gym membership, maybe even hire a certified personal trainer. Do not fall for the fake lose inches without any effort schemes out there. Anything that comes quick and easy isn't usually worth it, including ITWORKS.

Learn a bit more on the product. You can come and try for yourself if you like. It does not promote as a weight loss product unless it is an uninformed representative. You can come to the next get together if you like to learn more about this product.

It works actually has a lot of science backing their products. Please inform yourself thoroughly before you make ignorant declarations. It is not a compression wrap. It does not claim to make one lose weight. It does not press the fat deeper (which is probably the most laughable part of your critique). And the "toning and tightening" is toning skin tissue, not muscle tissue. Please, please educate yourself before you slander something you clearly don't understand. Ignorance breeds ignorance.

Thank you for the comment Rachel. If the product does indeed have "a lot of science backing their products", I'm sure you can share that, as it would be much more educational than slandering the website of a scholar and calling it ignorance. If you check through the website you will see I am educated on the subject having a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise and Sports Science, ACSM-CPT, have taken part in research studies as well as years of studying science literature. Also can you explain how skin tissue is "toned," since the definition of "toned" is to have fat loss and muscle gain, since physiologically skin cannot gain muscle mass? Fat under skin can be pressed and moved, hence why skin fold fat tests must be read very quickly when taken. Any science literature backing anything you say would be great, because I do like being educated on anything physiologically that actually "works!"

Its ok if you don't believe it, understand it, or think people should use it....IT WORKS!! Your article has absolutely no backing other than your misunderstanding and lack of knowledge on the product, company and science. Its ok to be afraid of things you don't understand or voice your opinion. Unfortunately you just picked the wrong product and company to try and disclaim.

Thank you for your comment, Jason. Firstly, would you like any articles or references for how monitoring intake and/or exercise lowers body fat and increases muscle mass, because that's the main point of the article? Second, if you can provide me with any real science literature supporting you or your products, that would be much more helpful and work better than useless arguing or demeaning my website. I don't pick fights with products or brands, this site is solely to educate consumers and people looking to better themselves with information backed by research and studies, hence the source cited page. My words aren't paid for, as I am not making money off this site, I just want people to know what does and doesn't work based on research and evidence. So far, ItWorks nor any of it's affiliates have provided me with any evidence, only slandering, name calling and useless posts.
